Our History
Since 2010, we have been bringing to life the dreams of Victorians in the south-east with our unique, high-quality home builds. We started from a place of personal passion, when our founder and Managing Director, Karim Khawari expanded his private property interest into a business.
A licenced builder and qualified tradesperson, Karim proved to have the depth and diversity of expertise to create exceptional residential development outcomes. After building multiple projects for himself, Karim launched Ghan Homes to give others the opportunity to realise their dreams as well.
Since then, we are proud to have served hundreds of homeowners and property owners. We are delighted that our customers have experienced the benefits of property development and we are honoured that many of them choose to return to us for second. third, and even fourth and fifth projects!
